Yoga

I teach an alignment based practice guided by the breath and mindful awareness. Classes are powerful, energetic and meditative.

Yoga means to join, to bring together the body, mind and soul. It is a practice of wholeness. Often we feel like we are all over the place- in bits.  Yoga is the practice of cultivating awareness of our body, breathing, feelings and thoughts. This is so that we may live in alignment to what we know is essential.  This embodied intention brings a sense of peace.
